Pass code feature locking me out

Loved the app even when the pass code feature didnt work. I had preferred that it would though. Just downloaded the update and the app wont take the pass code and is locking me out of the program. I tried rebooting the phone. Again, I could enter the pass code ten times, but could not get in. Hoping for some suggestions!
